Citadel of Urfa
The
southwestern part of the city, Halil-ur Rahman and Ayn-i Zeliha
Mountain Lakes south on the droplet. East, west and south side of the
deep defense moat engraved in rocks and surrounded by steep rocks to the
north side.
Fountains
Firuz Bey Fountain
Ulu
Mosque, which is adjacent to the east of the fountain in 1781 contained
on the south wall of Ayyub Madrasa was built by Firuz Bey. Medrese was
present only inscription dated 1191. Single-iwan madrasa in the same
places today, Eyyübiler Nakibzade on Transfer of Haci Ibrahim Efendi
built by 1781 on the madrasa.
